The influx of tourists and with the renewed confidence brought about by the new government made the Philippines, especially Cebu more attractive for real estate buyers all over the world. Multi-billion pesos real estate projects were started in Cebu on 2011, a combination of commercial and residential developments.
Annjoreca Altubar
is the President and lead broker of ProVest Real Estate Services and is well supported by competent and effective directors who manage different teams namely Mr. Rex Calfoforo, Mr. John Paul Paquibot, Ms. Aileen Teves, and Ms. Sistine Grace Tabanao. These directors guide the team leaders who in turn lead a certain team. The teams are divided in accordance to what project they handle and mastered. All the members of ProVest are trained to provide clients with a CHUMP Service. CHUMP service is the company’s guarantee that clients will receive Committed, Honest, Universal, Malleable and Personalized Service.
