I was born in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines but grown up in Hong Kong
where I finished my schooling at Queen’s College, Hong Kong. After my
graduation, I worked in a supervisory position in a supermarket responsible
for the day-to-day over-all operation. I also worked in a law firm which
gave me four years experience in handling legal procedures for the transfer
of titles and mortgages thereof. After I had been back to Philippines
in 1984, I worked in a managerial position of a marketing company including
administrative, accounting and operation. At present, I am working as
a Licensed Real Estate Agent and as chief of Land Asia Institute Philippines,
a division of Land Asia Realty & Development Corp. All these working
experiences gave me enormous opportunities to interact with colleagues
and valued clients. It helped me to realize that harmonious relationship
can make our lives easier, more meaningful and understand the principle
of “to care others first in the way that you want to be cared”.

A native Cebuano living in Maribago Mactan island. Graduate from AMA Computer
College Cebu on 2004. I worked as a multi-media programmer on a Japanese
firm based in Mandaue City. Later I worked as a webdesigner for an Autralian
Compancy based in Ayala Center. Within these years I was an internet savvy
and learned the word SEO which means Search Engine Optimization that basically
rank websites in Google. I study hard on it and was able to rank my website
johnvill.com for Cebu real estate keyword, that was when i have decided to join
real estate on September 2007. Our first sale was a beach
house in Minglanilla Alessandra model house. On 2008 I was hired by a Marketing
Director of a Condominium in Fuente
Osmeña. I worked their as an internet marketing manager, creating
website for the company, ranking the websites, then answering inquiries. Later
I worked in IT Park in Asiatown to promote our website. It was May of 2010
when I decide to go back on Real Estate selling, in October 2010 I was able
to sell 3 units of different property type, on November I sold 4 units making
me the top seller of our group. This year 2011, I sold another beach
house on February and a beach
