I am not sure how to start this letter, to be taken seriously, even if I am not real buyer. Well,.. at least not at this moment.
So let me first try to introduce myself. I am 47 years old. I finished University-design in Slovenija, south Europe, where I am originally from. But my working experiances in last 12 years are in hospitality. I had my own fine dinning restaurant on Iceland for 7 years and i think i did very good job. I sold it when my wife and I separated 2 years ago but I continue to work as chef, first in hotel on Iceland and since last year in 4 star hotel in summer-winter resort in Switzerland.In august my feiance (who is from Cebu) and I planing to get married in august and to live in Cebu. My wish was always to buy small resort or hotel and that is the reason I started my distance education program in hotel management too
But like I said, at the moment I am not in position to make my dream possible. But on the other hand I believe real estate business in Philippines is not in much better position as anywhere else on the world so maybe owner would be interested in my proposition. And that is to run resort for him with possibility to buy it later.
