Actually we are interested about that property ( st dominics subdivision ). the only problem weve got is that my dad is in saudi who wished to view more pictures of the property and so do i here in london ( 1st florr and bedroom pictures of this property ). would like to ask about the price if wanting to pay it in full cash just an inquiry if the price off will be reasonable.it will be used for my brothers to stay while they are in university.
Any chance my brothers can view the property after the christmar holiday break? more or less around early january. we are coming home this first week of april. so at least we will be able to know and decide by then.

Veronica & myself purchased a home in Genesis. I have a home in the USA. Being a Construction Contractor & Licenced A/C Tech I had A/C installed. I noticed that their is no insulation in the attic area and a/c hardly ever allows the room to cool properly.
I am in the process of setting up a Factory Distribitorship in Cebu and I like your hands on approach to marketing. The insulation will retrofit into attic area, save 50-70% off the air conditioning costs “electric usage”. The other benifit’s you can reduce the size of the air conditioner’s cooling capacity “BTU/HP” by 1/2. The product is cost effective and has numerious other qualities.
