    I am planning to buy a house in cebu for our retirement but we are not into any kind of membership . If we pay in full cash for the whole package, are there any other requirements in order to have the property ?
    I am a filipino / american citizen and my husband is american , what is the phil. law ( for people like us ) for american citizen who wants to own house and lots in cebu ? What do we need or what document we needed to provide ? Gala or cervantes models are the one’s we would like
