Mailchimp Announces $10M Price Relief Fund to Support Small Business Customers

体育投注注册We’re giving $10 million in Mailchimp service to our small business customers who have been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.

Mailchimp exists to empower small businesses, and many of our core customers are struggling as a result of this global crisis. Some have had to close their doors temporarily, and without any incoming cash, they don’t know if they’ll be able to reopen. Mailchimp’s marketing platform can help them sustain their business online and retain customers through email marketing, landing pages, ads, and more.

To address this urgent need, we’re offering $10 million worth of service for existing customers who want to continue using Mailchimp’s platform but need some financial support during this period. Current customers who have 25 or fewer employees in categories including restaurants and hospitality; brick and mortar retail; travel and leisure; entertainment; health, beauty, and wellness; and other select Main Street businesses are eligible for up to three months of free Mailchimp service. Our Support team is committed to working with our customers who are experiencing financial hardship during this time.

Mailchimp is offering this in addition to the three months of free Standard service we’re granting nonprofit and public service organizations responding to the COVID-19 crisis.

Offer Terms:

Offer for 3 free months is limited to Mailchimp users with an existing paid plan (Essentials, Standard, Premium, or Legacy paid plans) on March 30, 2020 who: have 25 or fewer employees, have no compliance hold on their account, complete an application , and are approved by Mailchimp. Applications for relief must be submitted by April 30, 2020. Mailchimp may accept or reject all applications in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, because of the applicants industry, history of use with Mailchimp, business size, and essay response. Offer is provided through a 100% discount to customer’s recurring monthly plan charges (the “discount”), but not including add-on fees or one-time fees, such as Facebook ads, Google ads, or postcards. Offer limited to one per Mailchimp account. Offer valid only while the $10 million in dedicated funds last. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

Upon approval of your application, your discount will begin and continue for three consecutive months (the “grant period”) unless you choose to downgrade your account to the Free plan before the end of the grant period, in which case the discount may immediately end. Upon the expiration of the grant period, accounts without a valid payment method on file, may immediately be placed in a no-send state where they will be unable to send campaigns until a valid payment method is provided or the account is downgraded to a Free plan. Accounts with a valid payment method on file, will automatically renew monthly at their then-current plan rate unless the account is downgraded to a Free plan before the end of the grant period. If you do not downgrade your account before the end of the grant period, you agree to make all payments owed for your account in accordance with our Terms of Use, and you authorize Mailchimp to charge your payment method accordingly.

Mailchimp may terminate or discontinue this promotion, or modify or change these terms and conditions and our fees and pricing structure, at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not replace Mailchimp’s standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also continue to apply to your use of Mailchimp.
