I think i may have already visited your site in March, but i am now closer to nearing a deal. I needed to clarify a few points. I don’t quite understand the breakdown of prices.
For example; what are the cash prices of the 40 sqm and the 65 sq m units? What are the interest rates for loans and over what period?
And as a Briton from the UK, is financing available to me and on what terms and conditions?
Are there any corner units available?
Are kitchens already installed?
What are the lot areas?
I am sorry if this information is already on the site, but i was not clear. I wold be grateful for your assistance.

saw this house. don’t know if i would be granted if i will have it through pag-ibig. my gross income is only 10k + service charge (i am a hotel employee-finance dept.) will i be granted if ever with this house price but having only the salary i mentioned earlier.
