I would like to inquire regarding : 10% downpayment & 90% balance can be payable thru in-house financing 1-5years (with 16% interest per annum, straight add-on rate), Pag-Ibig loan or bank loan. Buyer can move-in once 10% downpayment is paid.

How much are these rooms? : 1-bedroom (loft type) and 2-bedroom (loft type) waiting for reply thanks..planning to use Pag-ibig Loan..

My two boys will be commuting to the University of Cebu – Mandaue – starting in June, so we’re looking for a 2 Bedroom residence in Mactan/Lapu Lapu. I have a lung problem – COPD – so need clean air either above the smog (a Condo) or beyond it (beach, perhaps?). The unit should have access to a pool (necessary for my exercise) and (if possible) be furnished. We can rent or buy, but want to rent for at least six months in whatever development we find, to be sure all systems are GO. Can you provide a list of available properties renting for under 50,000P/mo which we can drive by for visual inspection? Thanks much for your help. MH
