The lot has a good location since its in the corner with an existing tree on top of a plain land. The land is on the left center of the entire subdivision so it is really secure and access going in and out of the subdivision is really easy, it also gives 2 options for parking since the road is not open ended so you can go around in circle.

The subdivision has its own beach resort with swimming pool just few minutes and on the other side of the road.
