Pag-ibig financing loan requirements for house and lot package for both local and overseas employees.

Requirements:

For Local Employee
1. two years Pag-ibig member with counseling /seminar
2. three pieces 1×1 picture
3. two valid ID xerox
4. Cedula
5. birth certificate (single) marriage contract (married) death certificate
6. certificate of employment
7. latest 1 month payslip
8. income tax return (ITR) if no ITR, submit 2 months payslip
9. postdated checks
10. certificate of remittance HMDF receipt

For Overseas Worker
1. two years Pag-ibig member with counseling / seminar
2. three pieces 1×1 picture
3. two valid ID xerox
4. Cedula
5. Birth certificate (single) marriage contract (married) death certificate(widow)
6. job contract
7. visa with passport
8. post dated checks
9. certificate of remittance / HDMF receipt
