Are you an OFW (overseas Filipino worker) who wants to make a reservation for a house and lot here in Cebu Philippines?  You can still make a reservation by sending a notarized special power of attorney or pay directly to the real estate developer using bank to bank deposit.

How can you make a reservation if you are an overseas worker or you are out of Philippines? There are two ways you can make a reservation even if you are abroad or an OFW.

Using Special Power of Attorney for Reservation

While you are abroad, you may inform any of your friend, or relative who you can really trust, a brother, sister, or mother is a better choice for send the money for the reservation through bank to bank, or any other means of sending him the money. Take note that most reservations are good for 30 days only but it may differ from developers.

You need to send a notarized special power of attorney to your friend or relative to “ legally represent inbehalf of you “.  A notarized special power of attorney is required duly authenticated by the nearest consul in the place where you are currently residing.  The authentication of the special power of attorney normally takes one month for the authentication but you may fax the notarized copy just to process the reservation. Using Bank to Bank payment process for Reservation

The other option in paying the reservation fee is to pay directly to the Real Estate Developer . All you need to know is the developer’ bank account.  You will be provided with the bank account of the developer as well as the developer’s contact numbers for your confirmation of the authenticity of these numbers and personalities.

Once you are done with the reservation deposit, kindly notify us right away so we can trace the incoming deposit and immediately issue an official receipt. The copy of the Official receipt (O.R.) shall be attached to an email right away while the original shall be sent via post mail.

So, now you can make a reservation to any house and lot for sale here in Cebu Philippines. Most reservation for low cost housing is around 5,000 pesos good for 30 days. High-End houses reservations may range from 30,000 to 50,000 pesos.
