Hi I would like to know if there is any special discount given if the equity is paid in full?I will avail the pag-ibig loan as well but since I have enough savings to pay the equity in full, I would like to check if the payment scheme and the monthly amortization will already change.Will it be possible if my monthly amortization will be lower already?
