Tower Palace Condo cebu real estate- The available units for our 2BR facing the mall is 1503 and 1103 and some of the lower floors. For our 2BR units facing Cebu City (back side of the building), we still have available units on the 17th floor and lower floors.

For our 3BR units, the availability for the units facing the ocean and Cebu City starts on the 17th floor and below. However for the units facing the ocean and the mall, available units are units 1101, 1001, and below. And for the units facing the mountain, available units starts on the 17th floor and below. I advise you to please be specific on the unit that you have in mind so i can tell you exactly if its available.

The 3BR units ranges from 9.2M to 10.7M, depending on the floor and the view. And the 2BR units ranges from 7M to 8M, again depending on the floor and the view. Please be noted that the prices that i qouted you are for our Standard units. Our Bare units cost less and our Luxurious units cost more.

For our payment terms, we only need 100,000 pesos reservation fee, good for 15 days, non-refundable but deductible in your 30% downpayment. After that you have to pay the 30% downpayment which we will give you a 10% discount on the 30% downpayment. The remaining 70% balance can be paid upon completion of the building which is February 2009.
